The Bryan County #3 project is a targeted fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) deployment designed to serve 565 eligible broadband serviceable locations (BSLs) in rural areas of Bryan County, Oklahoma. Led by 360 Broadband LLC in partnership with Trans-Tel Central, this project is part of a broader initiative to close the digital divide in southeastern Oklahoma through the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program.\\n\\nThe proposed network will span approximately 161.94 miles of mainline fiber with an additional 32.10 miles of service drops, engineered primarily along existing roadways for cost efficiency and ease of access. The infrastructure utilizes a GPON architecture, leveraging a mix of aerial and buried fiber—with 95% of the deployment using aerial placement to minimize environmental impact and reduce construction costs. All buried fiber will be placed in conduit, with a second duct reserved for future growth and resiliency.\\n\\nThis deployment is engineered to support gigabit symmetrical service at launch, with all components sized and configured to accommodate 10G+ upgrades over time.
